I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and was pleased with the large ballroom equipped with audiovisual equipment that was available for rent. It provided a great venue for my corporate meeting. The hotel staffs were accommodating and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The only thing missing was the availability of a strong and reliable WiFi connection. As a businessman, it would have been beneficial to have a consistent internet connection for my work needs.

Amazing Pools: The highlight here is the hotel's impressive number of pools, including 10 for families, eight for children, and two large water parks with slides for all ages. It's like diving into a colorful oasis, splashing around in pure joy!

our time at this hotel in side was absolutely unforgettable. celebrating our anniversary, we were blown away by the amazing facilities, pools, beach, and restaurants. the water park was a highlight, with its thrilling slides. the food was delicious and available 24 hours, and the sea view rooms provided breathtaking views.

Cleanliness is top-notch and the location is great - especially being close to the piano lounge. The hotel staff - especially Mr. Hakan from reception and Mr. Hakan the waiter - were extremely helpful and cooperative. The food is of the best quality - with a great variety of options for breakfast - lunch, and dinner. The entertainment team and daily activities kept us entertained throughout the day. The water park is a hit - especially with the kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the water slides that were enjoyed by all of us. The location is great; the hotel is right by the beach so we were able to easily go for a swim in the sea whenever we wanted. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff was very attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were always hard at work making sure the hotel was well-kept.

Nothing it is perfect.

Food was very tasty. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the staff is totaly busy. Beach and sea are simply great.

The big shortcoming was the hygiene in the public toilets and the cleaning service in the room. The carpet in the room and the carpet in the corridors are worn out. They should be cleaned or replaced.

We had a fantastic time at Lago in Side! The facilities were absolutely lovely, especially for children. Our kids had a blast at the water park and the pools, spending most of their time there. The staff, particularly Yuri at the guest relation desk, were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay and we couldn't use the Aqua Park, but Yuri suggested some beautiful waterfalls we could visit instead. The food at Lago was also a highlight, offering delicious dishes that represented the flavors of the region. The pools were large and clean, providing a comfortable experience even when the number of guests increased. Lago in Side was a great choice for comfort, leisure, swimming, and food.

This hotel is in a fantastic location close to the beach and dedicated areas. Guests can enjoy the stunning views of the aquarium in Konyaaltı. The rooms are modern and clean with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are spacious with excellent shower facilities. The breakfast is a delicious buffet with a wide variety of options. Facilities include a great bar and lounge area, and the friendly staff provide fantastic service throughout the hotel.

very bad meal/restaurant service: food is bad and repetitive, table sheets dirty, service very bad; a la carte restaurant under any expectation, only one free access for 1 a la carte restaurant even if there are 4-5 diferent cuisines; I was trying to celebrate my birthday and made the reservartion for a a carte restaurant, they promised that they will prepare something special and send me a letter in the room, bla bla, but surprise: when I arrived to the restaurant nobody knows about that, they were very confused and embaressed...patethic...a total fiasco...their restaurant service is extremely poor

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The pool area was amazing with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. The water park was great fun and kept us entertained for hours. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The food at the hotel was a bit disappointing, with limited options and some dishes lacking in flavor. The drinks were also quite sugary and didn't taste very alcoholic.
